- 1/4 cup finely grated carrots
- 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 T unprocessed bran flakes or granola (crushed)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup plus 2 T water
